    Waxy finish

    I dont understand who this work for. I have long medium / thick indian hair and I have been using this for a month or so now but it leaves a horrible waxy finish and makes my hair feel so greasy and weighed down even when I double / triple wash my hair (which is ridiculous to have to do in the first place given the price of this!). I've tried using as part of the whole scalp oil, finishing oil routine and just the shampoo and conditioner on their own and the only thing that slightly helps is letting my hair air dry, which isn't always possible.

    Don't understand the positive reviews (influencers?). If you want to try, definitely go with a smaller sample to begin with!

    Terrible shampoo and worse customer service

    Bought a few bottles of this shampoo during a sale. Tried the shampoo, conditioner, and hair oil for a month and had major hair loss. I emailed them to return the unused items and told them about the hair loss. They emailed back saying they do not accept returns and that the hair loss was due to other products. I only used these 3 products and did not use heat or style my hair as I usually wear it natural. Awful products, somehow even worse customer service.

    The only reason I give this 3 stars is due to the fact that the ingredient list on the one I received does not match the one on the website. When I email customer service about it, I was dismissed in a way (i even sent a picture of the box ingredients, and that wasnt even addressed). So I'm confused as to if I have a newer formula or an older one. I'm not sure I'll be repurchasing if I'm not getting the ingredients listed on the website.

    Left hair in shambles

    I have no idea what’s in this shampoo but it left my hair in knots. I tried it twice to see if it was “user error” lol, but nope. Apparently, you cannot return or exchange any products so lesson learned on that one.

    Unfortunately did not work for my hair.

    Sadly, the shampoo and conditioner did not work for my hair.

    I tried to use these many times - using less product, completely washing my hair and waiting a couple of washes to try it again and still, these products did not sit well in my hair.

    My hair felt tough, and looked greasy, I was unable to run my fingers through my roots even though it was detangled. I really did try to give these products many attempts but yet none have worked.

    Out of everything that I have purchased, the only thing I loved was the hair oil.. Sad to say that I won’t be buying again as I was really looking forward to using these products but was left disappointed and wasted a lot of money :(
